Working with Dealers and Brokers
While we do appreciate your enquiry, it is always going to be difficult for us to sell
to another dealer or through a broker.
Our margins are tight, and there is really no room to add another person into
the chain, adding costs to the customer.
Our pricing is also confidential, and we do not like prices scattered all over, for
competitors to know what we are doing, and for historic pricing to be used in future negotiations.
When we have direct contact with the prospect, we are always able to
establish very quickly if they are genuine buyers or not.
When we have to go through others.....we have no idea about
about just how serious prospects are, and rely on the judgement
of others which is not always genuine.
However.....
IF (?) you have a prospect that you have researched correctly to
be actually in the market right now, and actively looking for
an exact model of machine, and has a serious/genuine budget .......
Then we are happy to discuss the machine.
If you have any doubts about the seriousness of your prospect, then
we will pass, and ask you to seek alternative solutions.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you receive DEALER pricing from us, your margin must be added.
If your customer tries to negotiate a discount then this discount will
come from your margin.
